About this run

This is a 45 min, circuit style workout suitable for beginners and improvers. We will focus on building strength to help improve your running and getting your heart rate up to boost your fitness. All exercises will have easier and harder options, and everyone will work at a level that’s right for them. The group will be small so I’ll be able to check your form and offer alternative exercises where necessary. There will be a small amount of running in some sessions, but this will be limited to a minute or two at a time and there will be the option to do a fast walk instead. Social distancing There will be a maximum of 10 participants in the class, with me as your instructor. Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household have experienced symptoms of Covid-19 within the past 14 days. Social distancing must be maintained throughout the session, as well as before and after. Please keep at least 2 meters away from other participants and your instructor.
