About this run

8 week running course for absolute beginners. The plan involves 3 runs per week, with a rest day between each run. One run, per week, will take place on a Wednesday evening as a group with Leeds Dock Running Club. The other runs can be completed in your own time. Full details will be explained on your first session! C25K works because it starts with a mix of running & walking to gradually build up your fitness & stamina. The course is for everyone. Whether you've never run before or you just want to get more active, C25K is an easy way of getting fitter & healthier. At the end of the 8 weeks course participants will graduate by completing a 5k run with the club on the 9th week, along with some celebratory certificates!
