BRAND NEW Leeds Girls Can Couch to 5k course. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm led by qualified run leaders. This includes previous couch to 5k graduates. This group is linked to Leeds Girls Can Run Kirkstall Abbey which is a ladies only social running group formed from our first Kirkstall Abbey LGC couch to 5k. The sessions are suitable for complete beginners and those looking to return to running. Following on from this you will be able to keep going by joining our free social run group every Tuesday.
