This session is aimed at runners that would like to improve their running times, may this be aiming for a new personal best for 1k, 1mile, 5k...you get the idea. Interval and hill training is a great addition to steady paced running sessions in order to improve recruitment of different muscle fibres. The format of the session will be announced on the day will vary from week to week, hills included.
