About this run

Get running! Suitable for absolute beginners or those returning to running after a break. This course will roughly follow the couch to 5K programme, building up short periods of running with walking breaks to longer periods of running. After 10 - 12 weeks you will be ready to join our steady running group. We do not have a minimum pace and we always have a run leader at the back of the group, so no one is ever left behind.
