About this run

Sarah will be leading a 4 week Power Walking programme, suitable for ladies who don't fancy running due to whatever reason; injury, personal preference, etc. The group will meet and warm up with the beginners and improvers running group and will power walk for approximately 30 minutes. This is the first power walking programme we have run, if it is popular it will likely be extended
