Sutton Beginners Couch to 5K

You would like give running a go and have no or only little experience, please come and join this beginners group. Over the course of 9 weeks we will build up to running 5k distance using the 'Run Walk Method'. We will follow the NHS app "Couch to 5k', which recommends 3 sessions per week. You'll be doing one session every week in the group, and 2 sessions are your 'homework'.
