Do you have little or no experience of running but would like to try it? Come and join our friendly beginners group where you will gradually build up to run your first 5k over a 10 week programme! Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we need to limit the group numbers. Please sign up to all the dates in this 10 week programme. We look forward to helping you achieve your goal.
