If you have little or no experience running come and join our beginners group which will build up from walking to running 5k over 10 weeks. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we have to limit the group numbers, therefore please only sign up if you truly intend of attending the 10 week beginners programme. Please sign up for all the dates in the 10 week programme.
