12 week course designed for women starting or returning to running. We will slowly increase the amount of running each week until we reach 30 minutes. There's no set pace. Slow and fast runners are all welcome! Sessions are subject to COVID restrictions and may be cancelled if local rules change. Please observe all current social distancing guidelines. Please wear high viz clothing and bring lights in the winter.
