We love supporting women to get into running or get back to running through our beginners programme. This is a 9 week structured programme which gradually builds up the length of time spent running and reduce the amount of time walking. By the end of the programme participants should be able to run for 30 minutes continuously and then can join the steady run sessions see full description on our website
