Whaat!
Striders took on the challenge of 8x 60s with 60s recovery.
Split into our micro groups of one leader to five runners and following the latest guidelines off we went. The idea is to have a block of training that gradually reintroduces speed back into our legs after lockdown inactivity or steady solo plodding.
Part of the session included a mound of opportunity as we aim to vary paces, terrain and elevation in each session and the runners gave it all.
