Jane Nock

I come from a sprinting and rugby background, but a knee injury put paid to that back in 2012. After reconstructive surgery the physio advised jogging 10-15 mins, 3 times a week. It was really tough going, but one day, something clicked! And that was it, I'd got the bug. 100+ parkruns, 20+ 10k's, 10+ half marathons, 4 24hr relays, and the infamous 8.5 parkruns event, it's safe to say I'm hooked! I'm not quick over distance, but I do like a sprint finish! I have been leading the Wednesday group since Feb19, and I also have a little lunchtime posse at work for 'fitness fun' sessions!
