Stephen started running 15 years ago, but only discovered the joy of running as part of a group two years ago. He is a middle of the pack runner who uses running to help manage mental health, and enjoys his weekly parkrun and the occasional longer challenge (which in 2019 has included the Manchester and London Marathons). Stephen loves hearing other runners experiences and supporting new runners in particular. Enthusiastic and always looking to learn, Stephen helps with the delivery of the Wednesday evening Strider's sessions.
