Every running group needs a Rachel.
Commited, organised and dedicated and all with a friendly smile and care for others. Rachel often assists with the first few weeks of c25k, helping beginner runners feel welcome.
Rachel classes herself as a non runner and often prefers to book people in at the start of the run and then drive the Striders support van to a muster point on the route with everyones water.
Generous with encouragement and jelly babies we love Rachel for all that she does to keep the Strider magic alive.
