The aim of this session is to improve our 5k runs. Very steady 1k warm up followed by Week 1 = 5x1k with a 45 sec rest between Week 2 = 5x1k with a 30 sec rest between Week 3 = 5x1k with a 15 sec rest between Week 4 = 5k run
