5k Time Trial with a 1k Warm Up

We'll start with a 1k very steady warm up as a group. Then each of us run individually the same route. The effort on this needs to be as fast as you can go to maintain the 5k distance. Then we'll record these times & over the next 4 weeks we'll be doing some speed work in the form of intervals. Then on week 5 we'll do another time trial & hopefully you will have improved - if you stick to the weekly sessions.
