About our group
Love to Run is all about what the name suggests! Our run leaders Lisa and Jenny both love to run and we would like to help you enjoy your running and achieve your goals.
For those wishing to take up running, our beginner course will take you from no running experience to running a continuous 5km. If you are already running, we offer intermediate courses to help you increase your speed and progress your distance. Whichever course you choose, we offer a friendly encouraging environment and support you to progress your running safely.
