Having been a member of loves farm runners for the last couple of years, I'm really excited to be able to give some of my time to help the group where I can. I recently gained qualifications in personal training, circuit training, kettle bells and gym instructing, so it felt like a natural step to use my new skills for LFR too. I've always enjoyed the freedom and convenience of running, but the love didn't come until I joined the club when I moved to loves farm. In my opinion, you can't beat a social run with other people, it's like a therapy session! I may not be the fastest or be able to run the furthest but I've always been made to feel welcome and a member of the team so I hope I can make others feel like this too
