About this run

A beginners running course following the principles of the Couch to 5k We will gradually build up from a walk/run to a continuous run of 30minutes over 10wks. For you to get the most benefit from the course you will need to run a further 2 sessions a week in your own time. Please note if the course has already started you will need to wait for the new course to begin if you have missed the first 2 weeks. Please get in touch if this applies to you and we can inform you when the next course will begin. New course begins 20th March.
