About our group
Our Ladies Only Running Groups lead by Tiffany and Carly are fun, social, and non-competitive and open to every age, stage, shape and size.
If you are unfit or have never run before, we offer genuine support for the complete beginner with our 10 week beginners course (c25k). We offer sensible advice, support and company while you run, and no one is ever left behind. We will focus on technique and breathing so that you can slowly build up your confidence and ability to be able to run continuously for at least 30 minutes. Our aim is for you to be able to run 5K (This is the equivalent to the The Race For Life) We will help you to identify and reach your goals.
If on the other hand, you already run and are able to run 30 minutes/ 5k continuously, you might like to join the Improver Group where we focus on speed and endurance to help increase your distance.
MSE Fitness also offers specific race training or training plans; so if you are in need of help, support and advice contact Tiffany via the contact details. As a Running Group we like to enter local run/races together which is not only fun but brilliant fun.
