Our 2020 0-5K group starts on 26th August 2020 - book through the link below. This is a 10 week course to get you from walk/run to running 5K.
The course is led by a qualified Leader in Running Fitness following the Runtogether 9 week plan.
Engalnd Athletics Covid guidance is adhered to, and participants will be fully briefed prior to the sessions starting.
