Indoor Strength and conditioning session. At Isherwood Hall, Marple Hall School. Session will compromise a 10 min warm up then 4 x sets of 8 mins S&C exercises. The exercises will be different for each set and focus on different areas of the body. Followed by a 10 min Cool down/ Stretching.
