Mandy started running in 2015 losing 4.5 stone along the way, she love's watching and supporting athletes' weight loss/ and running journeys. Mandy is a huge believer in exercise for mental well being. She has completed many 10ks and half marathons and the 2018 Virgin London Marathon. Mandy also enjoys helping young people get into running and fitness
