About this run

We know we can run 5K, now we want to be more comfortable running that 5K. We'll focus on technique, posture and strength after completing the Couch to 5K course which focused on endurance. Especially reducing the likelihood of injuries. £10 per calendar month (a block of 4 sessions) for as many of the sessions as you can make, or £5 per session.
