About this run

We're going to be re-running (ha ha) the intervals of the Couch to 5K programme so you can either do a "plain vanilla" Couch to 5K OR the intervals practising a technique/drill which I'll coach each time. This way we can bring back some of us who've been injured/otherwise caught up and not able to run AND/OR work on our technique to make the running easier and injury less likely. And there's the running bit AND the chat and coffee bit. We love running buddies! We'll stay in the park, so there's a gated playground where kids can be within sight. There will be the opportunity to switch between sessions each week, too - Page Park on Wednesdays for morning and in the evening sessions. The initial price is £10 which covers all 5 sessions inn the block, but this may need to change if we don't have enough runners (we need 8 per session minimum, which can be averaged between two back-to-back sessions).
