Our usual groups are 3, 4 and 5 miles with a top group doing around 10k-your welcome to run in whatever group you choose and at whatever speed, we do 10 week "couch to 5k " classes 2-3 times a year that are massively popular

Our next ten week "Couch to 5k Sessions" are scheduled for Melton Mowbray in October 2018
