***UPDATE AS AT 14/09/20: DUE TO CORONAVIRUS, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SESSIONS NOW NEED TO BE BOOKED VIA THE EVENTBRITE SITE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. THE LINK IS HERE:*** Starting with a group warm up for all abilities, we complete a run/walk for a mile. The session includes teaching points on how to run, and taught cool down stretches afterwards. For those who have beaten the mile and want to work toward their first 5k, runners complete a harder run/walk route. Perfect for those working on weeks 4-9 of the NHS Couch to 5k plan. Homework handouts are available for those that wish to progress! This session is great if you're coming back into running, or are getting over an injury and want to take it slow. For those who have completed their first 5k either with us, or at ParkRun (or both), we also offer interval training sessions.
