This session is for complete non-runners to 5k improver runners. The session will either be an interval session, a steady 5k or a hill session depending on numbers and conditions. We operate on a loop so that we keep our runners together. Occasionally, we incorporate running drills to improve technique in our warm up session. £2 a session.
