About this run

This running group for ladies is aimed at improving your fitness, pace and endurance. You don’t need to be a fast runner, any pace is fine as this is not a competitive club! You should, however, be able to comfortably run/jog for around 30 mins in order to get the most out of the session. RUN-FIT is not as structured as the beginners group in order to enable all abilities to be involved. This club is about having fun, keeping fit and strong and meeting up once a week with like minded ladies. We have 3 fully qualified England Athletics run leaders which means we split the group in 3 abilities so there will be a group suitable for you. ​ Each week the session is varied and we will undertake interval runs, strength / resistance exercises and runs of varying lengths depending on your ability.
