About this run

Looking to up your game for an upcoming ParkRun, or perhaps you want to get an edge for a 10k (or longer) event you've got your eye on? If so, Moor Running Friends - XTRA Club might be what you're looking for. These sessions are more challenging than our regular Saturday runs, and are intended to push you further and help you reach the next level with your running. They will include running routines / workouts to help improve cardiovascular function, improve strength and stamina, as well as body tone and overall improvement in running performance and general physical and mental health. So, if you're looking to go the XTRA mile with your running, you should come along.
