Our Hill Running sessions take place once a month, on the last Saturday, at Heaton Mersey Park and Bowl. The focus of these sessions is to improve stamina and overall cardio fitness with varied pace runs both uphill and downhill, in and around the Park and Bowl area. The Hill Running sessions are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. Our meeting point for these sessions is the junction of Station Road and Green Pastures, right by the park.
