About our group
Sawbridgeworth Moving Mums - Ladies Running Group was formed in 2015 with UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness, Nicola Tilley, under the Herts Sports Partnership/Sport England and is a ladies only running group for ALL women of ALL levels in Sawbridgeworth and the surrounding area.
The aim of the group is to provide a fun and friendly environment for women that want to share a passion and love for running. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to regular runners wanting to improve. We can give you motivation, support, and friendship, whether you want to just run in a social group, take part in your first 5k or even challenge yourself to a faster pace or bigger distance. We have encouraged and participated in lot's of races over the past few years from 5k distance to marathons - and even a few mud obstacle races!
As an experienced Running Coach and Personal Trainer I offer "Beginner to 5k" 10 week run courses and weekly sessions, 1 to 1 run coaching, bespoke event training plans, personal training and Pilates and Core Strength & Conditioning classes.
I am a fully qualified and insured UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness, UK Athletics Run Leader and a UK Athletics Mental Health Champion as well as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher. I also hold a Mental Wellbeing in Sport & Physical Activity Level 2 qualification. I am first aid qualified, DBS checked and, of course, a passionate and avid runner!
I pride myself on offering a wealth of experience in running and women's fitness, avoiding too much technical jargon (which can be off putting), instead making running fun, a challenge and accessible to everyone.
