About this run

A fun and social ladies session aimed at improving fitness and running. Suitable for anyone currently able to run 5k or around 30 minutes continuously. Sessions will be a mix of social runs to drills/intervals/hills and will vary each week. All sessions will include an active warm up, cool down and finish with stretching. Sessions will be up to 1 hour in duration. COVID-19 - all sessions will be socially distanced and numbers strictly limited in accordance with the Government/Sport England guidelines. Please ensure you wear bright colours and have a head/body torch for Autumn/Winter running. Please arrive 5 minutes early to be ready for a 6.30pm start.
