About this run

The beginners course is designed for people who have never run before or who are returning to running after years away from the sport.  We will start with walking and only begin running when you feel ready.  This walk/run approach will continue throughout the ten weeks until by the end, you should be able to run 5km or for 30 mins without stopping.
