Beginners Ten Week Course - Summer 2025

About this run

The beginners course is designed for people who have never run before or who are returning to running after years away from the sport. Our first session is an introductory welcome session, followed by ten practical sessions. We will start with walking and only begin running when you feel ready. This walk/run approach will continue throughout the ten weeks until by the end, you should be able to run 5km or for 30 mins without stopping. When booking onto this course, please ensure you tick all 11 boxes for every week; this ensures we have an up to date register of attendees. If you find you cannot attend a session, you can let us know nearer the time.
