About this run
•The NSTP Running Club starts with 12 dedicated sessions designed according to the “Couch to 5K” program and then progress as a social Running Club. •Intention to help: a) individuals who never been into running, b) those who didn’t run for a while and c) those who run and want to increase speed and stamina. •After the 12 sessions (on the 20th/Nov), we start running: a) longer distance, b) at a faster pace and/or c) include more hills – exciting times! •Will help participants become: a) healthier, b) happier and c) stronger. Requirements: Comfortable clothes/shoes, a bottle of water and a big smile!
