Claudia Kuster
When I started running in 2014 I was taking 50mg of "happy pills" every day, by the time I did my first 10K in June the dosage was down to 25mg and a short time after that I was discharged!!
I run because it makes me happy, it gives me time to think and do something good to myself. And I never want to miss the growing will power (and the toning of certain body parts ;-) )
I am a jog leader to help others to get fit and happy and see the smiles and "proudness" on our rookies faces and I don't want them to miss out on this enormous atmosphere within the runner's family.
My biggest running achievements to date - besides the Isle of Skye half marathon, 50+ parkruns and far too many t-shirts.. amazing friendships!!
