About this run

This is the club training session. It is designed to improve the speed, strength and conditioning of the runners. These evenings are deliberately varied and include a mixture of hills, endurance and track work. These sessions are deliberately designed to challenge the individual regardless of ability and improve running capability over time. This session is designed and run by our club coach.
