About this run

Our very popular Couch to 5k course starts again on Wednesday 17th April 2024 @ 6pm. The course takes place in the controlled environment of our club track rather than out on the open roads. With the help of our friendly qualified run leaders we’ll get you from the Couch to 5k in eleven weeks.   As the course is designed for adults, our leaders are not allowed to coach children under 14. If your son or daughter is interested in getting involved in athletics our junior coaching takes place at the club on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Places on the course must be prebooked on runtogether before attending as we have limited places on the course .  £15  for an 11 week course and a medal on Graduation night 26th June.
