About this run

Our very popular Couch to 5k course starts again on Wednesday 10th January 2024. The course takes place on our club track - Ashfield New Road, Newcastle, rather than out on open roads. With the help of our friendly qualified run leaders we’ll get you from the Couch to 5k in Eleven Weeks. The cost is £15 and includes a Medal on Graduation night - 20th March. These are presented in our clubhouse. Run, Jog, everyone is welcome. A cafe is available every Wednesday after each session & hot drinks available at just £1. Everyone is welcome to come along, chat make friends and find out more about our club. 🔴⚪️🔵 As the course is designed for adults, only those aged over 14 years may register. If your son/daughter is interested in getting involved in athletics our junior coaching takes place at the club on Tuesday and Thursday nights @ 6.30pm. Please contact us for more details. Continued membership is also available at a reduced price for those wishing to continue their running journey.
