About this run

Our next Couch to 5K course is starting on the 5th January 2022 The course takes place on Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm and is run over eleven weeks. The sessions will take place in the controlled environment on our club track rather than out on the open roads and with the help of our friendly qualified run leaders and coaches, we’ll get you from the couch to 5K. The course will cost £12 , and includes a medal on your completion of your 5K run The course is designed for adults, our run leaders are not allowed to coach children under 14. If your son or daughter is interested in getting involved in athletics our junior coaching takes place at the club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm
