About our group
We are a new, small and friendly running group with the aim of getting non runners running. If you've always wanted to run and never really knew how to get going then we can help. Running is beneficial for your your physical health and it can help your mental wellbeing. Come join our beginners course where you can make new friends and join a fab community!
