These sessions are a mixture of efforts, drills and monghetti designed to help all abilities improve their running form and pace. The leaders on this session will vary depending on availability and therefore locations can change! It is advised to check the app the week of training to make sure that you are aware of the planned location. During the winter months it is advisable to wear hi-viz and a body torch.
