This 10 week course aims to build your confidence in running through a mixture of running exercises and increasing distance. Each session will last between 1 hour and 1 1/2 hours. As always we will wait for the last person to come in! Participants should be able to run 5km without stopping or walking. Please DO NOT wear headphones during these sessions! Sessions will be run on a mix of terrains.
