Hill sessions

Hills:  We love hills!  Embrace the hill!

Here are some sessions we have done.

--short and sharp 5-7 hills on steep side of Oxshott Woods after long warm up. Fast on the uphill

--10 minutes up down at your own pace.

--1 long hill from the sign and then 5-7  medium hills regrouping

--long hill loop: 5 times max around top of ridge and steep hill  back to starting point (800metre loops)
