About this run

On Road session - Some hills. Pre-booking Optional. For all gears. Longer hill efforts. Note there is approximately a 1 mile warm up run to the start of this activity. Alternatively, if you would like a shorter run, you may join the session at the Citroen garage at the corner of Stocklake and Park street at 7:10pm suitably warmed up. From 3 miles depending on gear. With leaders Monika Yarnell, Andrew Lee, Dom Avery, Emma Wells. Runners from higher gears are welcome to join in with lower gear sessions, but be aware you may end up running more slowly than usual, looping back or waiting, which is how we, as a club, operate for inclusivity. ** For Club members and pre-agreed guests only, see https://ontherun.me.uk/join for membership and guest info **
