About our group
OutRunning is a partnership program delivered in conjunction with Norfolk Library and Information Service, Norfolk and Waveney Mind & Broadland District Council to help people with mild to moderate mental health conditions improve their wellbeing through physical activity, be more active, socialise and feel better.
We are a run-for-fun, set-your-own goals group led by a qualified coach with plenty of outdoors exercise followed by a cup of tea or coffee and a friendly get-together in the Library!
We will help local people to start running, with support for their emotional health, even if they have no previous running experience.
