Paddock Wood Ladies Runners
Do you want to get fit, lose weight, tone up and feel strong, flexible and confident? PWLR is an inclusive, supportive, fun and friendly running group for women of all ages (16+) and abilities.
Running with PWLR is fantastic for:

PWLR is cheaper than the gym or personal training, fits in with your busy life, gives you some valuable 'me-time', and you get to run with your friends - socialise and exercise! All groups are led by UKA qualified coaches and leaders, offering varying paces. WE NEVER leave anyone behind.
