Every Monday at 9:15am and Weds 11:15am led by a qualified run leader. This group welcomes all genders and is for complete beginners and those seeking to return to running. There will be a follow on group for those who wish to continue to 5k, after which you could join the social run group. The group is friendly and sociable and the emphasis is on fun, while improving fitness and confidence.
